New President takes over for 2010/11

Julia Vokes takes over from Sue Sumpter

President Julia Vokes presents a thank-you gift to Immediate Past President Sue Sumpter at the June 2010 Club meeting. Following the exchange of gifts Julia said ‘It is an honour and privilege to serve as President and I hope to build upon Sue’s hard work and maintain the ethos of fun and friendship that characterises our Club’.

On 10 August Julia was guest of the Rotary Club of Cuckfield & Lindfield at its Tuesday meeting when David Limes talked about his exploits cruising round the world.

(and right) Then on 5 June it was Lindfield Village day when Club members raised the banner and sold home-baked cakes, again in aid of St. Peter & St. James Hospice.
